IBI’s IB51022 QS-710 Next Generation UV Transmittant (UVT) Gel Casting Tray includes two lanes, separated by cast acrylic, to prevent cross-contamination for Next Generation Sequencing libraries.
The QS-710 Next Generation UVT Casting Trays are compatible with the QS-710 Casting Fixture (IB51025) that comes with the QS-710 Electrophoresis System (IB51000.) Special 1.5mm thick combs (IB51101) are available. Each contains one sample and one marker per lane.
The QS-710 Next Generation UVT Casting Tray (IB51022) is constructed of 3/16-inch thick, clear UVT cast acrylic to allow for the passage of UV light. This casting tray is specially designed to support 2 separate lanes--each divided by a 3/16-inch piece of acrylic—to prevent cross-contamination of samples. The associated QS-710 N.G.T. Combs (IB51101) are manufactured from Delrin and come in a configuration such as 1.5mm thickness with 2 tooth sets, each accommodating one marker and one sample.
The QS-710 Next Generation UVT Casting Tray—2 Lanes (IB51022) is sold separately from the QS-710 Electrophoresis System (IB51000.)
