IBI’s IB51300 Replacement QS-710 Lid is for use with the QS-710 Quick Screen Horizontal Electrophoresis System (IB51000).
The patented vented QS-710 Lid allows heat to escape from the gel rig which will improve the resolution of faster gel runs. Additional safety is incorporated into the lid with the patented gravity electrical connectors which disconnect the power to the unit when the lid is removed.
