Creating a 10% SDS solution is straightforward with our premium Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate. Dissolve 100 g of SDS in 900 ml of double-distilled (ddi) water, heating to 68°C to ensure full dissolution. Adjust the pH to 7.2 by adding a few drops of HCl, then top off the solution to a total volume of 1 L with ddi water. Dispense into aliquots for easy use in your experiments.
